About the Project

The Rivestone west precinct is a 285 hectare greenfield site stretching from Riverstone to Vineyard train station rezoned for development in 2009 from mix rural to light industrial and business park. The developable component of the site is 118 hectares and was identified as one the first Sydney growth centres in 2006. Historically Riverstone was known for its meat works up until the early 1990, it was the life blood of Riverstone and a major source of employment.

The development facilitates the return of industry to the precinct along with the creation of an estimated 12,000 jobs. The proposed masterplan consists of 5 stages with a mix of uses including; light industrial, industrial, large industrial, commercial and business park. The industrial unit developable area vary in size from 2,000-5,000sqm, 5,000-7,500sqm and 10,000 – 15,000sqm and has flexibility to accommodate large buildings of up to 100,000sqm.
