About the Project

This residential development for 17 apartments is a catalyst project for the gentrification of a predominantly light industrial precinct in the Botany council area.

Due to flood levels in the area, the ground floor is raised adding privacy to the walk to the apartments facing the street frontage. The building form is articulated to allow daylight and natural ventilation into all circulation areas and break down the overall massing.

A simple material palette of light coloured masonry and timber cladding with painted metalwork creates an elegant residential building with high amenity for the occupants.
