About the Project

A two-staged development on a total site area of 5830m for Wolli Creek.

Stage 1 is a contemporary mixed-use nine storey building on the corner of Princes Highway and Argyle Street. The building is designed with a two storey commercial podium and seven levels of residential accommodation giving a yield of 72 apartments.

Delivering a high yield, the design integrates vertical landscaping, an art concept and individual living pods reflected in the facade design. Apartments are of a generous size and afford good amenity, simplicity of layout and minimisation of circulation space. Whilst the building form is simple and structured, the repeat detail of the “cubed living pod” within the facade allow for a random quality to emerge.

Stage 2 involves additional two residential towers of eight and seven storeys with extensive landscape and communal open spaces atop podium levels.
